"Nice shoes, dumb return process"
The shoes were actually nice, but wow, returning them was such a pain. I had to poke around forever just to figure out what steps to follow, like some kind of clueless detective. Then the refund took its sweet time, which was annoying. For what they charge, you’d think these goofballs could make returns way easier. Not the absolute worst experience, but I probably won’t order again.

The whole customer service experience was frustrating. It took days just to get a reply, which felt like something that should’ve been totally preventable with better communication.

"Had to Be More Patient Than I Wanted"
The shoes themselves were totally fine, so no complaints there. But the shipping was slower than I expected, and the tracking barely updated for a few days, which was annoying. I felt like I was being forced to just sit there and be patient without knowing what was actually happening. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I definitely wish it had moved along faster

"Checkout was a pain"
I was trying to check out, but the site kept freezing. Because of that, the whole process took way longer than it should have and got really frustrating.

"Nice looking, but way overpriced"
The shoes do look good, I’ll give them that, but come on—the price is ridiculous for what you actually get. I expected better quality for that much money, and I don’t have the patience to pretend these are worth it. They’re just okay.

"Cute, but I’m weirdly dramatic about it"
It looks nice overall, but a few of the designs feel a little too plain for my taste. Like, am I being dramatic? Probably. But I wanted to be obsessed, and instead I’m just kind of like, “yeah, it’s fine.”

"I’ve had my Nisolo shoes for a little..."
I’ve had my Nisolo shoes for a little over a year now, and the leather is holding up really well. There are a few scuffs here and there, but they wipe up easily. For how much I’ve worn them, I kind of expected more wear, but… yeah, still impressed

"Easy exchange, just took a little longer"
I had to swap my shoes for a different size, and the exchange process was simple. Support got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. The only thing was the return shipping took longer than I expected, so that was a bit annoying, but I guess that’s just how it goes sometimes. Overall, I’m still happy with the shoes

"I ended up wearing these all..."
I ended up wearing these all day and felt kind of trapped in them because I couldn’t really change, but they stayed super comfortable the whole time. No rubbing, no pain, and the fit was just right.

I don’t know what happened with the sizing on these, but they ran way too small for me. I was annoyed because I was excited to wear them, and instead I had to deal with returning them. Definitely not the fit I expected.

"Good shoes, and I like the sustainability details"
These are good shoes. They feel well made, and I really like that they share the sustainability info instead of making you guess. It comes across genuine. I just wish the prices were a bit lower, but overall I’m happy with them.

"Nice shoes, and I feel good about buying them"
I bought these from Nisolo mostly because I liked how upfront they are about ethical sourcing and fair wages. The shoes look really nice and feel well made, though they did take a bit to break in, not awful, just one of those things where you think, okay, these need a few wears. They’re definitely not cheap, but I do feel better paying more when I have a clearer idea of where they came from and how they were made. Overall, really happy with them. 4 stars.

"I really wanted to like these shoes because..."
I really wanted to like these shoes because they actually look nice, but the break-in period was rough. I even wore them around the house first thinking that would help, then took a short walk and still ended up with blisters. Like, what a joke.
I’m giving them 2 stars mostly for the style, but comfort-wise they took way too long to feel even somewhat okay. I don’t think I’d buy them again.

"Really solid boots so far"
I picked up a pair of nisolo boots and, i’m happy with them. I’m usually cautious with shoes because I don’t want to spend money on something that falls apart fast, but these feel well made. The leather is thick without feeling stiff, the stitching is clean, and after a few weeks they still look really good. So far, they seem like a safe bet
